Students bring comfort and kindness to our cancer patients
May 9, 2025

Adventist Health and Rideout’s Cancer Care Center received a heartfelt visit from the students of Wheatland-Bear River Future Farmers of America (FFA). These compassionate students delivered handmade blankets, lap boards with custom laser engravings, and other thoughtful gifts to bring comfort and support to our cancer patients. Registered Nurse Barbie Fairshter led the students on a tour of the center and helped them connect their act of service to the patients we serve. We are so grateful to Wheatland-Bear River FFA for their kindness and creativity — and to Barbie for making the experience even more meaningful for our future leaders.
